Development Policy and Procedure Manual

The purpose of this manual is to provide guidelines for the orderly installation of water and sewer systems, in an effort to meet the growing needs of the development community in the BJWSA service area. These guidelines were written to be flexible enough to accommodate the individuality of each project while maintaining high standards and orderly procedures.

Adherence to these standards is imperative to ensure that the projects installed under this policy will provide years of low cost maintenance to BJWSA and uninterrupted service to our customers.
