Welcome to BJWSA! We look forward to serving you. New to the area and want to start services or building a home and need
to connect to our system? Please complete our online application to establish a new account.

All applicable fees will be collected or payment arrangements made before your meter is installed. Your total fees depend upon the size of the meter, and if the service is for water and/or wastewater. You are responsible for installing the pipelines on your property, from your home to the water meter and to our wastewater pipeline. If you are building a home, you are responsible for all pertinent capacity fees.

There is a non-refundable service charge of $15.00 and a $150.00 Service Deposit to establish an account. The Service Deposit can be waived in some situations; contact Customer Service for more information.

You must ensure that all inside and outside water faucets or connections to appliances are turned off before service is started. You will receive your first water and/or sewer bill about one month after we receive your application.
