The fee is $25.00 for 1-150 REU and $50.00 for greater than 150 REU. To process manually, you may print this form and mail to: BJWSA Project Coordinator, 6 Snake Road, Okatie SC 29909. Our Fax Number is 843-548-4168. There may be an additional fee assessed for this request.
