Rob McFee has worked in the South Carolina public infrastructure arena for nearly 40 years, previously serving as the Division Director of Engineering, Construction, and Facilities for Beaufort County, as well as the South Carolina Department of Transportation and TranSystems Engineering. In these roles he led large-scale strategic decisions involving program design and development, budgets, financial feasibility, scope and delivery of public infrastructure and services.
He has previously served as chair of several boards and committees, including the Lady’s Island Business and Professional Association, Beaufort-Jasper Utility Coordination Committee, and Chairman of the BJWSA Finance Committee. Rob currently serves as Chairman of the BJWSA Capital Improvement Committee.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina, and a Masters in Public Administration. Rob is a registered Professional Engineer and was appointed to the Board in 2021.
